Carys
Carys has 20 years management experience within global brand and marketing agencies. During that time, she established and sold two successful businesses, and continues to be actively involved in the world of marketing, having just co-founded two exciting new agencies in the last 12 months.
But aside from her love of business and branding, Carys has a life-long passion for horses and starting riding at the age of 6. Since then, she’s owned horses for 40 years, regularly training and competing up to National level in British Showjumping.

Kate
Kate has over 17 years leadership experience with several bluechip companies, including operational and change management roles. She enjoys travel and over the years has spent time living and working abroad as well as extended periods travelling internationally.
A natural leader, Kate thrives on giving others the tools and support they need to successfully achieve their goals with passion and energy. Kate is also a highly accomplished horsewoman and previously co-founded a successful livery business. Having owned horses for 35 years Kate has competed in dressage, cross-country and showjumping.
